Asalamualaikum,
I just wanted to say that I used Qibla Travels for two Umrahs, and Alhamdulillah I have only positive things to say. First one, I went in a group - and Mrs Khan takes care of you on a personal level - everything went smoothly, there were no issues at all. The second time was with my family that I asked Qibla to book for me, we had amazing prices and the service was excellent, we had a taxi pick up from the airport, then to the train station for Medina (although they had a taxi for us if we wanted to go there by taxi) and same from Medina. I did not expect for all of this to be included as well as ziyarah visits too!!! So our trip there was better than I had anticipated, Five star service as we had an operator in Saudi who looked after us via Whatsapp too!! So Jazakallahu Khairan for that. I will surely be using them again for my next visit in sha Allah.

Relatively straightforward service requested. I.e.purchase of return flights to Islamabad in October 2024.
A gentleman who introduced himself as Khan on the phone provided me first service. Kept me updated on WhatsApp on a daily basis.
Provided a range of cost effective options, which allowed the final selection to be made very easily..

All transactions completed digitally we no hassle.

We just came back from Saudi after performing Umrah. It was all organised by Qibla travel beautifully masha Allah. Great people to do business with. This is the 3rd time we've used Qibla travel and definitely recommend them for your travel. Their coordinator in Saudi has always been great and it's reassuring to know if there's any issues he will assist you.

No words can express how wonderful it was to be hosted by Qibla Travels for our Umrah trip last month! The exceptional treatment and care that our trip leader Annie showed us, made this the trip of a lifetime and one I will forever cherish.

Annie looked after us with so much kindness, grace and care, that all of our needs, big and small, were taken care of. If there was ever an issue, Annie went above and beyond to not only fix but improve the situation for us with her magic touch! Qibla travels allowed for us to simply and wholly focus on our prayers and worship of Allah (swt) without any other worldly stresses in which we can not thank you enough!

It's been one week since I returned from the Holy land and I think 80% of me is still there!

This is the second time I booked with Qibla Travels and my Mum's countless number of times traveling and booking with Qibla Travels.

Everything is organised for you, ticket+flight+hotel+ optional transport to the airport and on return+ ziyarats.

Mrs Khan is the owner and group leader who is your first point of call for all your queries and concerns from the time of booking and throughout your pilgrimage and stay at Makkah and Medina.

Mrs Khan holds a group meeting before you travel where she informs everyone of the itinerary and schedule and also takes this time to get to know everyone in the group and individual needs if any.

I would highly recommend booking and traveling with Qibla Travel/ family or ladies only packages.

From start to finish it was well managed, package was created very thoughtfully to
match our needs and our budget.

We went for umrah and arranged the package with qibla travels. Alhamdulillah it was a very good experience and especially when traveling with children and not knowing what to expect!! Qibla travels put our minds at ease and it allowed us to perform our umrah with peace of mind. The transport manager in Saudi ensured he was always in contact with us from the time of landing there to the time of our return. The transfers from Jeddah airport to Makkah and from Makkah to Madina and the transport for ziyarat was all coordinated very well and on time.
