Make sure you keep all your essential documents, which include your passport, a photocopy of your passport, visa, ID card, tickets, proof of vaccination, letter of Shahadah (if needed), and a letter of no objection for women over the age of 45 to perform Umrah alone.
Calculate your budget before leaving and get a currency exchange so you have Saudi Riyals. Also, keep your debit/credit card so if you are short on money, you can withdraw it from the ATM and get it exchanged there.

Keep your mobile phones, chargers, adapters, extensions, Saudi SIM cards, power banks, earphones, wristwatches, travel irons and kettles, and a portable fan handy.
