The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has determined that a complete vaccination of Covid-19 with one of the approved vaccines is needed for all the Umrah pilgrims who want to perform Umrah this year. Here is a list of all the approved Covid-19 vaccines in the KSA:
The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah recently confirmed that the Umrah pilgrims who want to perform do not need a negative Covid-19 test in order to enter Saudi Arabia. As per the International Health Regulations, all the pilgrims arriving from different countries or areas at a risk of yellow fever should also present a valid yellow fever vaccine determining that the person was vaccinated 10 days and 10 years before he arrives at the border.
Also, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that the visa for Umrah, which was restricted to 30 days before, will now be extended to 90 days. Hence, Umrah pilgrims can travel within 90 days to Saudi Arabia. Pilgrims won’t need another tourist visa in order to travel across Saudi Arabia by bus, car or train between Medina or Makkah, or any other city in the KSA.
